Pizza Hut has really gone down hill, though their prices have gone up. The supreme pizza I received today was not supreme. It was very low grade. The toppings were scarce, and some pieces has less than that. And there was no ham. And the buffalo wings were not at all spicy and I didn’t get ranch with them. Really disappointed. Next time I will order from Papa John’s. They have not disappointed me.

I usually don’t order pizzahut because its usually Terrible but I figured its been a while and would give them another chance…. I shouldn’t have over half our food was burnt beyond edible I cant believe they would let stuff like this go out the door.

The manager is super rude ! I feel bad for her employees. I was very nice to her. I called because my card was charged 5 times for a online order. Also they don’t follow instructions when you tell them please no knocking to leave the order at the door because I was sick and my dogs go crazy when people knock. He kept knocking, I asked him through the door three times to please leave it at the door. He had headphones in. My dog ended up escaping out the door when I answered the door. He could have been hit by a car. I had to run after him while being sick and it was just embarsssing very stressful.

The food came exactly how we ordered it. The pizza was fairly hot and fresh tasting. The chicken wings and toppings had good consistency and everyone seemed to enjoy their food. I really didn’t have any issues and I would consider ordering from here in the future so long as quality, freshness and good temperature are maintained. Our group was satisfied with this meal to accompany our rock band party!

We ordered food there for the super bowl, a day in advance. We even paid for it a day before a nice man took our order. He had a pink shirt on. The next day the order was revered by our bank, so we stopped after church, to see what was going on. The lady was very nasty my husband said. She said I’ll get my money. Are you alright because I am? So when he went back, her comment was, so you showed up. She asked him if he wanted a receipt. He said no, but come to find out we were charged $30.00 extra for our order. We did not get the original discount, we had. So south main street, you just lost our business. We like Pizza Hut, but will be going to Manchester Rd. Even though it’s further away. Hopefully, they won’t be rude like you lady. There are also several pizza shops, in the area.

My pasta was burnt and wasn’t filled all the way up. My cheesy bread was also burnt and cold, and the pizza wasn’t warm at all and I order and drink and was told by the driver they didn’t have my in stock so they sent me a different one and still charged me even tho it wasn’t the product I order just to for fill an order…

Hand tossed pizza is flatter than a piece of cardboard and it’s saggy! Literally NO pizza dough at all. I wish Pizza Hut was like it was many years ago. I am done with Pizza Hut.
