Ordered about 30$ worth of food, including pan pizzas and pasta. I got literally a single layer of burnt pasta in the pan and 2 pepperonis on on of the pan pizzas. If they think this is acceptable, I would definitely not recommend going to this location at all.

Called in regarding an order I was trying to place online and was immediately cut off because they “don’t deal with the points earned online.” He didn’t even let me finish speaking or even ask what I called in about. I order from this location at LEAST once a week sometimes more, with a $35/+ order and I always tip very well. I had a coupon for 8 free boneless wings, but they were still trying to charge me $5, which I was STILL going to order, I was curious what the “additional charge” was for because I’d never seen it before. Lost a loyal customer over a question that he COULD have answered but decided to talk over me and be rude instead.

This Pizza Hut is way better than the rest! Somehow my order got spilt up and they didn’t get the second half but I was still charged. At another Pizza Hut I know they would have told me to take it up with corporate but not this one! They quickly made me the rest of my order without giving me any hassle ! They are awesome!

Skip this location. I chose this Pizza Hut in a rush, not my usual location. I ordered a pizza special large 1 topping 9.99. Maybe should have been.99 cents. I wanted pepperoni and maybe tasted one pepperoni on the entire pizza. The cheese was crispy like fried chicken with a blackened edge around the pan crust I paid extra for. Sorry but my fault for being in a rush to not look inside the box before pulling off. Thanks for burning my pizza and saving the pepperonis for the next customer. Who ever owns this franchise should be shamed. Also they don’t carry all specials so be aware of that. Dry no taste just pizza crust.

The first time I ordered they messed up my food and gave me a $20 credit so I use my $20 credit and they gave me some trash food. Forgot my marinara and when I call he said what you want to do pick it up. I said no. I would like my orders to be right and my food to be good. He hung up the phone on me. I’ll never order here again. Stay away from this place. Go to the street. Get better pizza
