-1 star. Ordered at 619pm was to be delivered at 755 ok cool no biggie … good didn’t arrive till after 830pm, and it was cold. I would have went and picked it up since I only live a couple blocks away but I just had surgery and I’m not allowed to drive. Was super disappointed and when I called the phone just rang.

Pizza was good. I ordered on line and it said my order would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. I was at the pick up window in 30 minutes and was told it would be at least 20 more minutes. I left and returned in 20 minutes to get it. I think there might be a disconnect between the website and the store. They were obviously really busy. This has never happened before.

Yes I am Asked for stuffed crust- Extra Cheese I paid my price for you to do your job because I like your Pizza and you people can’t give me what I ask for? Pizza was cold and soggy. I opt to track my order via text message when I order it online and was notified at 7:00p that my pizza was on its way. I live two minutes away and it came at 7:20. I was sitting outside when my pizza arrived. The driver arrived with another passenger in the car who did not look like a Pizza Hut employee. He walked around to the other side of his car where he had the passenger unlock it but the passenger wanted to play around and not unlock the door. Finally he did and I received my pizza. It all around took longer than it should have, all for me to end up with cold, soggy pizza. The pizza was also topped horribly. There were three slices that were covered in pepperoni, while the remainder of the pizza had two slices of pepperoni on each. It was just awful. 1/10, will probably not order again from here soon.

Our bread stick was cold butter spread on them and a different seasoning than normal. For some reason the pizzas are never cut all the way through and it makes it very difficult to eat when we are at sporting events.

The pizza we ordered was hot and tasted fresh and delicious. The P-Zone, however, was lacking substance. It was supposed to be a supreme P-Zone so I expected more and got a lot less. The dipping sauce was awesome.

have more polite delivery drivers. i marked i wanted contactless delivery because i am positive for covid and they knocked on my door and wouldnt leave until i opened it and took the pizza out of their hands. i dont see the point in the option if youre just going to do whatever you want
