Flavor great but crust is too hard/crunchy. Worker wearing cavaliers hat and buckeyes sweatshirt was next to door smoking a cigar when we arrived. He walked in before us and the place smelled like cigar. We rode home with wondows open to get fresh air so we would be able to eat when we got home.

I ordered a meat lovers large pizza and it was burnt with hardly no toppings. We didn’t eat it we each tried a slice and said it was no good so the two of us was stuck with a large burnt pizza after spending 25.00 and some change and a tip on top of it. I was very disappointed ☹️.

Usually a great experience at the Niles location but the Belmont Ave location was an awful experience. Worker said he was making me a fresh pizza and actually gave me my reheated pizza from 9 hrs before. I tipped him $10 in doing so before getting home and realizing what he had done and that there was even garlic butter (which I didn’t even order) spilled in the inside corner of the box where the garlic butter would be if ordered.

So bread sticks come without sauce now because i didn’t get any sauce with mine. Ordered stuff crust pizza asked for extra sauce and didn’t get any.

Ordered here for the first time and everything from the phone call to explain we were picking up to the actual order was an utter disappointment! The guy on the phone listened to me talk and turned around and asked the question to the very thing I told him. When we got home with our order anger set in! My Pzone had no sauce, barely any cheese and a few sausages & pepperoni, so i basically got bread. My hubby pizza was to have extra sauce, yet he had a whole spot in the middle with no toppings/sauce period! Our wings were to be Cajun, but there was barely anything on them. We also got pasta that we didn’t even get to touch because we weren’t given forks and we were moving so ours weren’t accessible. We contacted corporate to complain & a day or so later a manager called to apologize and offered the option of a remake or refund and we chose to refund. I live very close to this location, but would rather go to Struthers or Austintown for my pizza hut fix. I hate when the convenient location is the worst location pictures below.
