I have tried so hard with this place because I understand everyone is short staffed, and it’s close to my house…but I am done!! This place need SHUT DOWN!! Customer service is -10 and the food is even worse, actually its hit or miss, that’s why I go back. But when you screw up my order and expect me to use my gas to bring it back just to get what I already paid for and then tell me if im not happy go else where??, really? On top of that I was hung up on 4 times before talking to someone on my 5th attempt. The over seas answering service is a nightmare, you can’t understand them and when you tell them that, they hang up on you!! The workers all look dirty and hygiene is not a factor at all, no hair net, hair in a pony tail, nothing… just nasty!!! BAD SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

I order from here at least once a month. I just orders a large ish order and everything was right! My order is right most of the time and the food is hot and fresh almost always. I still gave it a 5 star because if an item was missed or the food was semi-warm it is not the end of the world (for me). Fast-food chains do the best they can with high demands and as a fast-food customer I appreciate that! Thank you Pizza Hut 🙂

I never complain or write a review but enough is enough. I ordered and paid online for carryout to pick up on my way home from work. This is not the first time that I did not receive everything I ordered, nor the first time that something was made wrong. However, I haven’t ever complained, especially if I had the order delivered after a hard day at work. Tonight I got a call after leaving with my order and had to go back to get the correct pizza, since they gave me one I didn’t order. I had to wait for it to be made while the rest of my order was getting cold. I left again and realized that they did not give me a brownie I ordered. I was told I would have to wait for it and that they would bring it out for me. A few minutes later, I was told that I hadn’t ordered a brownie. I had but now it was somehow missing from my order history. The guy said the manager would not give it to me for free. I never asked for it to be free but I felt like they could have just given it to me for the inconvenience of having to go back and wait for the correct pizza. Plus I gave them the wrong pizza back. I understand that things happen sometimes, which is why I have never complained before. I am tired of my order getting messed up or not getting items I have paid for. rant over! By the way, the staff here are very nice, not sure about the manager though! Have a great night!
