Ordered 3 pizzas paid 9.99 each. Ordered 3 more pizzas 5 days later and was told 30.00, got to window and manager said 41.99? I said wait a minute, he said that deal is over. Very rude, and told me bye-bye. Never will patronize this location ever.

I’ve actually had really good service & quality from this PH. Taste is always delicious, the drive through is on point & the times I’ve ordered delivery (usually in the cold & snow) it’s been fast & prompt. I had one order of breadsticks slightly under cooked last week, otherwise this location & it’s employees have been good to us.

My son loves Pizza Hut. Today I ordered his reg pepperoni pizza, it was cold, dry and hardly what you would call cheese and pepperoni on it, it looked like a 4 the grader made it. I called to tell them and the guy Darren or Derick put me on hold and never came back. I tried calling the Belmont store and couldn’t get through to them, the customer service lines sent you back to the store, so they are good at taking your money but not around when you have an issue. When I pulled up to the window Derrick looked at me like I was a toad. Not friendly at all. Wasted 22.00 dollars, I wouldn’t recommend this branch.

So called manager was rude disrespectful and has no care for customers . Food was not made to my satisfaction. He refused to have it remade and would not give me a refund on the horrible product they are trying pass off . This is the last pizza hut in the area and at the rate they are going it won’t be around for long.

Worst experience ever with a Pizza Hut. Received notification that my order was out for delivery and it took 45 minutes to get here. I live 3 miles from the store. When I asked the delivery person why did it take so long she replied in a rude tone ” I had 4 deliveries!!”. Pizza was cold and the one didn’t even have the right toppings. Tried to call the store at least 7 times with no answer. You have 5 Pizza places in your area. Perhaps if you don’t want them to take your business you should work on getting Pizza to your customers doors in a timely manner and have your staff answer the phones at your store. Disappointed and discouraged to order from your store again.
