I mean, do you really need a rating? Everyone who has ever eaten pizza hut knows whether or not it’s what they love. Ratings are really useless for Americans, especially ones who grew up in America from the 80’s. This really only serves purpose for foreigners. Pizza hut is what we grew up eating. If it disappears, it’s like getting rid of McDonalds or Taco Bell. We need to keep Pizza Hut around. Thanks and enjoy 🙂

Everything was perfect, much better than expected. Ordering from the app was easy, paying from the app was easy. We could track our pizza! The four pizzas ordered arrived VERY fresh and HOT and tasted marvelous. I have to admit, I was very happy and very surprised–it couldn’t have been faster or better had I made them at home.

It took nearly an hour and a half when the quoted time was 38 minutes. I would have understood an hour but someone should have called. The pizza had been sitting under a heat rack for a while, I work at a pizza shop I can tell. The box was very damp on the bottom and that is normally from sitting on a heat rack for an extended period. The food was not hot like I expected. Normally I am happier with this restaurant. I did tip my driver well, it is rarely the drivers fault when this happens.

Pizza slices need to be more uniform, especially when toppings are only on half. Toppings seemed sparse and not spread out evenly. Bread sticks needed to be cut. I would rather have to wait 5 to 10 minutes more and have them slow down making the pizzas.

I just want to say I order from Pizza Hut every now and then the pizza is good. But I had one experience on 1/10/2020 that will definitely keep me coming back to this location. I’ve never placed an order with half pepperoni and half pineapple before so I put it in the special instructions. As soon as my order was accepted I was going to call just to make sure I did it right well before I could even call Melissa (not sure if that is how she spells it) called me to confirm our order. Now that is exceptional customer service! Five stars from me. Thank you!!

The Pizzas were fine, nothing exceptional. The Wings were great, meaty, well cooked. Ordered the burning hot buffalo. Would be nice if you had options for Wing sauce with a little more heat. There was zing in the burning hot buffalo, but I would have liked more.
