The only thing this place has going for it is the pizza. The service was not good. Tve waitress wasn’t very talkative and brought our pizza then never returned! I had to go find someone to bring our check and then find someone else to take our payment. I love the pizza, but not the restaurant.

Called in our order and apparently the call center failed to place our order. The Ashland store employees were awesome on fixing the problem and got our order in quickly when we arrived to pickup the order.

Went to eat here last night with our toddler as a special treat. He likes cheese pizza so when we arrived we got seated right away, not busy, and ordered a cheese pizza. Our waiter told us it would be 15-20 minutes.

Well, first off. I ordered online just an order of cheesesticks today. And the lady that was working was extremely rude not sure if she had some sort of special need or whatnot but doesn’t excuse rudeness. I was told 5 more minutes for my cheesesticks so i was waiting so they could be hott. I grabbed a beverage out if the cooler that it looked like customers could grab from and she rudely told me that only employees can go in there. Fine. Ok but all sodas were out of date and she handed me one I did not want instead of offering a refund since they were all out of date. When I got my cheesesticks I assumed they would be extremely hot since I waited there, tasted like they were sitting as they were not hott. Worse experience at a pizza hut I have ever experienced.
