The New York Big Slice pizza is solid. I’ve ordered it like 6 time in the last 6 months and every time is good. The drive through pick up is fast and convenient. The workers are very nice and helpful.

I’m not sure who the peach was who took my order, or the person who delivered it, but I was not rude to them, so I’d like to ask why they were so unpleasant to myself and my son? Used the app to order. Did not receive what I ordered on 2 different occasions. Both have been on delivery orders. Pick-up orders were correct. Called the store on both wrong orders and they have offered to bring the correct item.

I love our pizza hut, nothing ever goes wrong. They are one of our favorites, if not THEE favorite. I love their $10 tastemaker, it’s a medium or large 2 topping pizza for $10 but sometimes they don’t have it and I wish they ALWAYS had it

Placed a large order for my daughters birthday, modified the order the morning of for 2 less pizzas than originally ordered. Pick up was easy and food was great. However both charges were placed on my account. One for the original amount and one for the second reduced amount. I called and the girl who answered said it would drop off my account at midnight, not a problem. 3 days later the original charge was still pending on my account. I called again and the girl who answered started yelling to someone else what was going on, and when I told her I was just trying to get some clarification on how long it would hold on my account she got very irritated and told me there’s nothing they could do and I just needed to wait. I asked to speak to the girl in the background who seemed to have a better understanding of the process and the original person threw the phone down.
