Best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had since I was a kid. Was super impressed with everything….the amount of toppings, the freshness of those toppings, the cheese, the stuffed crust, the dough, a good price….it was so good! When I went in the sign said it was under new management. I never had a bad experience with the former, just never impressed enough to write a review.

After 2 years just had a large Supreme thin crust pizza from Pizza Hut in West Chester. Happy to report that it was wonderful! Hot and cheesy, crispy thin crust, just like it was the last time I had it. It’s nice to see the same quality I always expected from Pizza Hut is still important to them.

We have ordered pizza hut twice since they have delivered via door dash . The first time our pizza never came after calling TWICE and we were refunded and left to find dinner at 7 pm . The second time we ordered at 4pm and it was supposed to be delivered 450 pm , I got a notification from door dash that it would be delivered at 540 pm and only after complaining was it delivered at 520 pm and we were told we would get 10$ off and did not receive it . Everyone is out pizzaing the hut lately .

I really like the way they are fast and it’s taste good. We order Pizza and wigs and wait less then 15 min (with my hungry and impatient toddler…). The facility it’s also very clean and associate are friendly. Highly recommend.

Food and service is always great here. This is probably my favorite restaurant right now. The staff is really what makes the difference. They are so friendly it makes it a lot easier to spend my money! I hate giving my hard earned money to unfriendly people. This is never a problem here and I really appreciate that.

We ordered online, as they said they were open for 25 people. We even paid extra for delivery, as it was for a child’s birthday party. 15 minutes into the delivery time we called simply to check on the status of our order, because online it said it was still being prepared. No one answered. Imagine my horror when I drove to the store to find all the lights off, the door locked, and our order not fulfilled. This is horrible customer service. Please update your website for when you are closed, if you decide to randomly do so.

The pizza we ordered last night was nice. The crust was soft and tender, the sauce was sweet perfectly melting with the cheese. It really melted in your mouth with ever bite. You guys did a wonderful job. Thank you so much.

As always, I’ve been to 5 Pizza Hut’s around here and everyone of them has cheated us out of toppings (particularly bacon) every time. They always apologize knowing they intentionally do it – how else would it happen all the time. People/ corporations are getting worse everyday about being as nasty as they can be with cheating and lying to others.
