Multiple times i have tried ordering the pasta from this place, and have been told after we paid that they were actually out of it. I actually got it today, and it wasnt bad. No where near as good as it used to be. I also ordered breadsticks and dipping sauce, as thats the main reason i order pizza hut (I’ve always loved their sauce) and instead of the pizza sauce i love, i was given 4 cups of an incredibly thick, pasty, nasty sauce. I will not be ordering from this pizza hut again.

As terrible as every other business in Norwood, rude workers and terrible service. I have ordered from this place twice and both times the staff was very rude to me and couldn’t even get a simple order correct. How hard is it to make a pepperoni and mushroom pizza?

Very disappointed!! Im charged extra for double mushrooms and theres hardly ANY on it. In fact, we doubled up on thr other toppings too and those arent doubled up either. We ordered another pizza with normal amounts of toppings and it looks better than the pizza we doubled up on! We were also charged extra for our second pizza because we put different toppings on half of the pizza. These were not extra toppings they were just different than the left side! Guess we will just go back to Domino’s or Pizza Pipeline!!

Usually no problems with this location but today when they ran out of a topping, an employee left a voicemail about it with an attitude and said they’d try calling back soon. They didn’t even wait enough time for me to listen to the message. I then spam called them for 15 min with no one ever answering the phone. At some points I was transferred to random call centers, who just transferred me back to the store. When I arrived at the store their phone was not ringing at all. I told them their phone is not working and they were not surprised. When I tried to pay for my order, my app had glitched or something and left me still owing a few dollars.
