Good experience here! My husband ordered our pizza online. It said it would be ready in 10-20 minutes. When I arrived, it was waiting for me. It was already paid for, so I just signed and left. The pizza was hot and had all the ingredients we’d ordered. We’d be happy to visit again!

I placed an order on line. Paid with card. Pizza hut says they didn’t receive my order. My card was charged plus an additional $9. I call them. They are clueless and only say they didn’t receive my order. They have no idea how to get me my money back or the food I ordered and paid for. No one there can help. I had to go through my bank to get the money back. This location used to be great. Now it seems like some shady practices are going on.

Bought a medium pizza and pizza melt meat lover through door dash from this restaurant instead of receiving my pizza melt received regular breadsticks. When I called the restaurant it came at the Pizza Hut in St.Bernard the worker said she could not do anything since it was through door dash I would have to go through them although they made the food. Door dash wouldn’t compensate anything due to amount of order. Very disappointing to spend almost $25 and the store that made your food and gave the dasher the food wont do anything even when you tell them you have the receipt. Won’t be ordering here again absolutely no consideration, waste of money, and bad customer service. I normal don’t do reviews but when you spend your last on something and you aren’t asking for a refund just for a credit for what you ordered and they won’t do absolutely anything is kind of sad.

St. Bernard Pizza Hut, was okay. The crust was great around the edges, crisp and crunchy but the center was still like dough and the toppings weren’t cooked enough. Only one person working when I picked up the order, she was cooking, bagging and taking all the orders. I felt sorry for her, she definitely needed more help like everywhere else.

Customer service is trash! I placed a order for delivery.. they call and asked if u could pick it up because they were having technical difficulties or whatever.. so I go pick up my order and I ask the lady for a garlic cup.. she says they are 75 cents.. I ask if I can have it for free since I had to come pick up my delivery order.. She claimed she was the manager and said they couldn’t give them out for free.. EVEN though u couldn’t DELIVER the order.. Real ghetto I’ll never be back all over a garlic cup
