Very disappointed in this location! I came here because my young son had a coupon for a free personal pan pizza he was excited to use. We walked up to the door to see a hand written note saying they were short staffed and there was a 30 ish minute wait. Went in to see 2 people waiting to be seated a few people waiting on carry out. Noone that I could see was sitting down and dining. A lady greeted us with “there is a 30 minute wait we are short staffed!” After working all day and exhausted I asked if we could just have a seat in the dining area and wait since all the tables were available. That’s when the worker replied rudely “no ma’am! there is a 30 minute wait to be seated!” I totally understand that she was probably stressed and tired from being short staffed and probably wanted me to just leave (which I did) but I figured since we had to wait 30 minutes at least be kind to your customers and tell them they could have a seat while they wait! She was very adamant I was not allowed to sit and wait to be served! I decided it wasn’t worth it and took my very disappointed son and left and went somewhere else. This location needs to do better. Very disappointed!

Opened at 11(?). Arrived at 11:55 to a darkened facility. Greeted after a few minutes and seated after verifying they’re open. As I’m seated the turn on the lights. I tell her I want the salad bar, and something off of the menu.

We ordered pizza bred sticks and salad and everything except the pizza came out and with no other costumers it took our pizza 45 minutes to get out. The pizza looked like it had sat out all day and was drowning in grease. We asked for refills but never got them.

Food was good and hot but the price of 85.00 was outrageous for a large meatlovers thin crust 2 one plate slad bar family order of bread Stix and a Supremeo melt we could have went to Texas road house and spend 60-70 dollars and got alcohol.. never again pizza hut we won’t be back

Second time in a row that we have received the same wings when two different types have been ordered. I guess I’ll be checking them in front of the cashier every time I pick them up. Also is there a sauce shortage I’m unaware of? Had to add some of my own bbq sauce on what I did receive. Ridiculous.

Not good, I would not recommend the box, almost everything was cold. Tried it again, seems the serving sizes are getting smaller as well as the size and contents of the pizza are as well.
