I have ordered through Pizza Hut for YEARS and always loved their wings. After screwing up my almost $70 order with lousy sauced wings and dry breadsticks, forgot our pop, I called to complain because when you spend that much you want good food, which we still ate some because we were starving. They agreed to re make the order and re send it out, my youngest 5 year old son was the only one who ate wings from the new order and the next morning was throwing up for two hours.. I do believe our food was intentionally messed with and I am very pi**ed off!!! I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut anymore and this order will be disputed!

Troy pizza hut has always had excellent service until recently with the call center ordering. I only eat pizza hut for pan pizza. I placed an order for pan pizza but because the Troy location is out of pan crust the call center placed the order for thin crust without notifying me. The Troy associates felt bad and I know it was not their fault. . But if a location is out of an option they should let you know instead of ordering something you will not eat. Go back to ordering at the actual location. They understand their own timing and availability of product.

Had a timed order for 6:00 p.m. had made it early yesterday afternoon when I got there at 5:58 the pizza said it would be ready at 6 I had to wait till 6:24 they were a little busy but I was super mad I had 15 kids at home waiting on pizzas for a pizza party and we got home starting to eat the pizza and was very doughy and mushy in the middle like the pizzas was hooked all the way through overall this is the worst experience I had with Pizza Hut please pretty good I won’t be going back for a little while…
