One of the very few sit down pizza hut left .. I suppose.. staff shortage as every place now a days.. but good food.. good service with whatever staff they had .. and making an effort to please all seated customers.. 5 stars for that alone..

They have started back the buffet bar. This is an awesome way to sample various choices without having to purchase the whole pizza. I have already determined a few choices I don’t really care for – not because of taste or quality just due to the toppings on them (not what I want in a good pizza). Other than that not a bad price for all you can eat.

Pizza hut has really stepped up their game. They run like a smooth production line inside. Food is always hot, fresh, and made to order. They appear adequately staffed. They are always friendly and accommodating. Ive been going daily ha ha! Love love their pan pizza!

I must say it’s been a minute since I’ve been back to pizza hut because of past experiences. This experience I had the other night was above and beyond what I expected. The young lady was very friendly and helped us get our needs and wants met. I will be back! I’m excited about their buffet and lunch specials. NOBODY OUT PIZZAS THE HUT!

Usually great, but their phone service has been horrible with that new voice machine, and had an online order today, but when I went to pick it up, the dinning room was closed… no big deal, and I called the store, but someone picked up with a really thick accent and then proceeded to hang up on me when I stated I had an order. Rude and unprofessional. Guess I’m going to Domino’s instead.

Ordered pizza for next day on 5/24/23, delivery promised for 11:45. Pizza had not arrived by 12:15, called the Store (Vandalia), spoke to manager who did not seem too concerned, stated that Door Dash had just accepted the order (I didn’t order through door dash). I explained the issue was, don’t promise and confirm a delivery time if you can’t meet it. She asked it I wanted to pick up order, which I did send someone, I asked for a refund of delivery fee. She said sure, then hung up cutting me short. Will not probably order from this store again.

They have been closed the past couple of Fridays that I’ve tried to order! Finally got a chance to order and they got part of my order wrong but the manager I believe her name is Stacy went above and beyond to make us happy by making the order right even though they were close to closing. For that reason I would definitely order from this location again! Thank you Stacy!

I work here. Staff here is very nice. I have had family work here before the remodel. Service from what I have seen is very fast. 100% recommend our Buffalo wings (we don’t mess around with our wings). I’ve ate here before I started and from what I remember, the service was impeccable. Delivery is quick as well. I can definitely say that we go to great lengths to satisfy our customers.

Ain’t no way Chad Tackett, Henry Brenner’s dad is making a review and being rude at a place he worked at all because a co-worker asked for a picture. That is absolutely pathetic. You have a PhD and you are acting like a child. Grow up. This Pizza Hut doesn’t have roaches and if it does you 100% planted them in there. That is really Weird. This pizza hut is a 5/5 rating and has the best service I could ever ask for. The employees are nice and the food is immaculate.
