My mother and I Enjoyed our meal very much.. scrumptious ! ! Special shout outs to Kayla(she handled my phone in order) and James (delivery person) they both were very nice and kind and need to be recognized for such great customer service and representation of your company!! However, if I must critique and comment on one of the dishes ordered, it would be on the Italian pasta dish, the topping was just a tad bit over cooked, but other than that, everything else was delicious Thank you Pizza hut

First of all I wanted the pizza delivered at 845 pm and received a call stating the store cant stay open to normal time (9pm) because they don’t have a closer…ok…I acquiesed…deliver at 745… this is what I received. Unacceptable. Will never order from this location again.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST STORE PIZZA HUT HAVE TO HAVE IN THE USA. Nothing like ordering your food, waiting for you food and it never shows up. And if that’s not bad enough you get a call from a person that is supposed to be in charge, that’s having a bad morning and starts yelling at you. I could see if I was being a “Karen” but lady what happen to the customer service, don’t take your bad morning out on me. Needless to say, I would rather go hungry than to ever order from here.

Pizza Hut and I go way back. I’m 57 now. When I was a kid after a game of little league Baseball. We would get to go to Pizza Hut it’s as if just after the first bite it takes me back. To a time that I remember only because the pizza is still as great as it was all those years ago

The Springfield, OH location (on Bechtle Ave) is possibly one of the cleanest Pizza Huts I have ever entered. The person behind the counter was quick, courteous, and my order was hot and ready – I simply cannot ask for more! We are not loyal to a particular chain of pizza, so this experience won our future business (especially when compared to the other, local chains in the area)
