We ordered 7 large pizzas for a pickup order from Pizza Hut. The staff was awesome! I tried to give enough time knowing this was a larger order. It wasn’t quite ready when I came to pick them up so I had to wait about 10 minutes ( I was early). They were friendly and chatted until they were ready and then the cashier helped me carry them out! Great staff at the Marietta, OH location!

I went to pick up a hand-tossed pizza for a friend and drove 15 minutes to get there. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the pizza before heading back. When I returned with it, I realized they had completely messed up the order, or worse, given us the wrong pizza. Although they didn’t admit it on the phone, they asked us to bring the old pizza back, even though the kids had already started eating it. The lady at the pickup counter was quite rude and seemed annoyed by our order.

I just arrived at Pizza Hut and I pulled up to the curbside pickup The lady who answered the phone was a very helpful and generous. Furthermore she assisted me in getting a discount and more food which is always awesome. She said the food would be out in about 15 minutes. Moreover; she informed me that there was a express pick window. Furthermore whenever I picked the foot up the window the gentleman was extremely helpful and they also accept phone payments NFC baby the food was pi ping hot and I appreciate it I would highly suggest visiting here.

Called to order. I asked if he could repeat the question because I could not understand him. He told me the turn the TV down and I might be able to hear then hung up on me . I tried to call back a few times to order. He would answer and hang up. My family will never order from Pizza Hut.

They did a horrible job the first time but decided to give it a go for redemption. They did an absolutely amazing job. I delayed my order for 1h46m and they showed up right on time. I got some extras that I didn’t expect and everything was correct. Excellent service and delivery driver had a great sense of humor. He was a bit critical of himself but hands down outstanding service

I placed an order for my lunch break at 11:58 am and was quoted a wait of around 30 min. The pizza tracker told me my oder was out for deliver at 12:24PM. I attempted to reach someone at 12:40 and was on hold for a manager. No one answered. The pizza finally arrived at 1:01PM- 37 minutes after leaving the store even though I am less than 15 minutes away!! I sent the order back! I would like a call back regarding this horrible experience now that my lunch break is over!! Attempted to reach a manager again at 1:02PM and was left on hold until finally transferred back to call center at 1:12PM. I will be complaining to corporate! Thanks for making me miss my lunch

Ordered pizza, got my order wrong. Called back, explained I got the wrong order. Told me I ordered it that way. Couldn’t find my phone number in the system after they entered it wrong so they couldn’t do it, then asked for a receipt I wasn’t given. Called back and told me they found my order, and that they did make it wrong but they needed the old pizza in order to get a new one.
