Ordered a pan pizza style at the Wapakoneta pizza hut location, instead they made me a thin crust. Which taste completely different than pan not to mention pan cost more. Called and complained about this mistake and the worker on the phone said she would credit my account 20.66 for the inconvenience. Manager called back five minutes later revoking my credit and said I had to prove the pizza was wrong. I gave her my ticket number and asked if I could bring a picture in tomorrow and she told me no that I wasn’t allowed to eat the pizza they made me by mistake. I live twenty minutes away out of the delivery zone and this manager wasn’t even worried about inconveniencing me even more. She refused to fix the mistake of making me the wrong pizza. Expected me to drive all the way back there after they messed up my order instead of crediting my account like they told me they would do in the first place. This was not my mistake and I should not have to waste my gas money even more after I drove all the way there to get a pizza I didn’t even order. The least they could do is give me what I paid for and not revoke the credit on my account they promised me in the beginning. Horrible management here at this Pizza Hut and does not care about their customers at all.

Pulled up to window and was ignored for almost 10 minutes, went in side and was ignored for the next car to pull up to window, and then told to hold on as they went to help the kitchen. Pizza’s actually look well done this time but service was junk.

Bread sticks weren’t cut apart. Just a slab of bread with shallow lines and were tough with a hard outer crust. Pizza crust was tough,as well. Appears oven temperature is too high. Employees were friendly and efficient.

my first call was at 5:18pm. i would have used pick up but my car was in the shop. i ordered a pp super supreme no mushroom and was told thats good bc we are out of mushrooms, ok. i wanted a baked chicken alfredo NO breadsticks to make it cheaper. For some reason Pizza Hut makes you buy a family sized breadstick now, why? the worker said it would be cheaper if i said no breadstcks. i also ordered 12 pc. mild traditional wings. it was given to doordash which i would never purposely do. its ridiculously expensive. the driver arrives at 6:15 and gives us half of our order and half of someone elses which we find out after they leave of course. i called the wapakoneta pizza hut and they blamed it on the door dash driver that i never wanted!!!! still dont know how much the bill was for that! i got a personal pizza with burnt cheese and gobs of onions with i think ham. that is not a super supreme. i got a family order of breadsticks with brown cheese. wings were good. but the pasta was sour. now i complained as i should have. they said they would send an emergency driver out with another super supreme asap. That was at 6:30. at 7:15 i still had not got a pizza. I only live about 3 blocks away. they said once again that the pizza had been delivered to someone else. Twice now! i called back and said please can you bring my poor hungry mom her pizza because we were all waiting to eat. i was given a time of 15-20 minutes. after almost 40 minutes finally did my mom get her personal pan super supreme. that was not done, soggy and cold. NO MORE PIZZA HUT. come on, and did i get a credit??? i have no idea, they wouldnt answer the phone every tme i tried to call. only gave a star because you had to give a star in order to post.

Ordered a stuff crust pepperoni pizza and what was delivered was an interesting style I have never seen before- Croissant Style . Seriously thought, called Pizza Hut after seeing the pizza and told them the pizza did not look right and fully cooked – the staff member didn’t seem to care. Do not really recommend.

Wapak….Terrible service! I’d give a negative if I could! They had no onion, Pepsi or Mt dew when i called then when I went there to pick up my personal pan i sat there for about 10 min. On top of the 15 min. They said it would take for my pizza to get done. No one came to the window I honked & called no response but I saw a girl walk right by the window??? At the very least someone should have said something!!!

I couldn’t understand what the lady was saying when I ordered my food because her mask muffled her voice. I understand being safe but if someone keeps asking you to repeat yourself, maybe remove the mask. Then I ordered 2 pizzas with pepperoni and 1 only cheese. They put my order as 3 only cheese. When I got there to pick it up and realized the mistake, they wanted me to pay to order 2 new pizzas instead of fixing their mistake. I will never go back.
