Drove 15 minutes for pickup spent almost $80. with tip, get home and part of order missing and icing given for cinnamon rolls instead of the extra frosting I ordered, beyond disappointing especially when you spend that much money and tip and can’t even make sure you get your complete and correct order. Manager said they would make it rite, hopefully they do. Also where’s any frosting?

I don’t know why restaurants have suddenly decided they don’t feel like operating their dining rooms anymore, but I sure do hate sitting around in a drive-thru line when my online order is ready for pickup.

We order takeout from this location a few times each month for the last several months. Our online orders have always been available at the designated time. Our order has always been as expected, no issues(knocking on wood). The counter staff if always prompt and courteous when we come in to pickup our order.

I never leave one star reviews. We ordered dinner at 530p thru the online app, which sent an order confirmation expecting delivery at 610p. 650p we called and they said the order was canceled. Talked with a real nice manager who said he would send the order right out. 8pm no delivery order. At this point it’s not worth calling back. I just moved here from Carmel and was looking forward to being close to a pizza hut. I doubt I will order from here again.

This my last time ordering from this location. Ordered thin crust but pizza is soggy dripping with extra sauce that cheese coming off. Then it doesn’t look done. Had to put back in oven.

The pizza was not the correct order when we got home to pick up . It had our name on it but incorrect order. Also the pizza was poor quality, cheese fell off the pizza when picking up.

We ordered through the Pizza Hut Ap and there is nowhere to leave feedback, so here it is : we ordered a large thin with LIGHT sauce and what was delivered was a large thin with EXTRA sauce. Totally ruined our pizza. It was soggy and very sauced.

We have ordered here frequently for “family night”. Had a single experience a few months ago that was sub-optimum, but the manager reached out quickly to make things right. Very satisfied with their response and frankly, every other visit has been stellar. Pizza piping hot and never had any order mix-ups. Staff very friendly – we will continue eating here!

Food was warm and made correctly, however it took 40-60 minutes for my food to be delivered despite pizza hut being close to me. Would have preferred to have a shorter waiting time. That is the only reason I don’t put five stars.
