This Pizza hut has always treated us well. The staff has always been friendly. On the weekend it’s usually ran by teenagers but they are very polite. My order is almost always correct. On the very few occasions that it wasn’t, they have fixed it for us immediately. The main complaint is that they often put very little sauce on the boneless wings but have always added some without complaints whenever I point it out.

Fave me entirely wrong order. Called the store THREE times zero answer. Had to drive all the way back to the store. Was told they couldn’t answer the phone because they were busy even tho had 10+ employees inside. If you cannot read at a simple second grade level which order to give people you shouldn’t be working. WORST customer experience have ever received from any restaurant.

Absolutely worthless store. Employees apparently can’t even read at a second grade level. Called the store multiple times to correct they never answered(shocked) then was told they were too busy to answer a freaking phone call even tho was staffed with at least ten employees. Wish I could leave a zero star review.

Their was a lot of us working on a barn so my sister ordered pizza hut. They called and asked if we needed party supplies like cups and lids and plates. They said they were running a little behind but would be there as soon as they could. The pizzas were perfect and everything was correct. They were very professional in calling with updates.

Ordered a ‘special’, The New Yorker, that was sent to my email. Picked up at the store and got home to find out it just had cheese, no double pepperoni. Called the store and spoke with the manager who told me they baked it as I ordered it. I asked if I had to select double pepperoni and he said I didn’t omit any ingredients. He asked me to bring it back and he would bake a new pie for an additional full charge! Finding that unacceptable he offered me $2 off! After hearing him say ‘I feel ya’ about a dozen times, I informed him he clearly didn’t ‘feel me’! He finally agreed to give me $10 off my next purchase but before I could finish asking him how that was going to work, he hung up on me! I have plenty more pizza options in New Pal so won’t be returning to the hut!!
