I was going to order 20 pizzas from there for my staff for lunch but after reading the reviews, I think not!! The negative reviews go back 4 YEARS TIL NOW!! That tells me that in 4 years Pizza Hut has known of the issues with manager and staff attitudes and lack of customer service but has chose to do nothing. Shame on Pizza Hut for putting profits over customer service. And to prove my point, I expect Pizza Hut to give me the automated answer that they give to everyone. I haven’t even eaten there, but the message will say “hope to see you back soon “

Ordered delivery and my pizza weren’t cooked long enough crust isn’t crispy and the dasher didn’t have change for my cash. Was going to tip something just not what was left.. Wouldn’t be so bad if the pizza were hardly above edible. Hopefully this store gets it together.

Getting the wrong order is livable (when you’re not super hungry) because in the past they’ve been good at fixing the order in as best a timely fashion as they can. Sadly now the phone line is stuck on a busy signal, so no room for redemption through corrective customer service. Quality of food hasn’t been bad so just order from here if you don’t mind that parts of your order are incorrect, you aren’t too hungry, and you aren’t pressed for time.

If I could give this experience a -5 stars i would but i had to at least give 1 star to give my review. So i actually ordered from pizza hut, which I normally dont do because the quality of their food is horribly diminishing but I decided to give it a try. I ordered a meat lover’s pan , something so simple, I know cause pizza hut supervisor was my previous occupation. When the pizza arrived, at first glance it looked fine. I then grabbed a piece and the entire piece basically fell apart. I began to inspect the rest of the pizza to find that the pan crust wasnt done at all. As a matter of fact it was so undone that there was dough stuck on the bottom of the pizza, sticking to the box. You would think that once I told the supervisor on duty about these issues that she would apologize and fix my problem because that’s what a supervisor is supposed to do. Nope! She decided to argue that she made and cut the pizza so she know I’m lying. After arguing with her for a brief moment she finally said that she would send another pizza out. At this point I’m still waiting on my replacement and I really dont even think it will be worth it.

The worst place ever. I was in downtown Indianapolis yesterday and I was hungry. I went to this place to have pizza and I wish I didn’t go. When I came in no one was at the register. Two female employees were chatting inside and didn’t care about the customer who came in. I said hello three times until one of them came to the register. All what I ordered was vegetables pizza and Coca Cola to discover that they are totally out of Coca Cola, and all what they have are two bottles of Dew Mountain and two bottles of Dr Pepper. The employee was zero knowledgeable about working on the register as if she is working for the first day. She started looking at the register, pressing the buttons and asking her friend what to do. This try of placing order on the register took her more than ten minutes without any success!! I had to cancel the order and leave. It is a big shame that Pizza Hut has such a branch and such employees. I am so shocked

TERRIBLE service. We ordered multiple pizzas for a work event at a downtown hospital, but the driver couldn’t seem to find the entrance (there are only TWO to choose from), so I have no idea where they left our pizzas. To make things worse, the restaurant refused to answer my calls, so I had no way of contacting the driver to give them help to find me and deliver them accurately. We had NO food for the lunch party, and we wasted our money. DON’T place an order here and expect it to be delivered right.

This location has been awful for years. I’ve worked downtown and ordered from there on multiple occasions and have never had a good experience. They always have the rudest staff who will hang up on you for no reason, lie to you, or try to gaslight you into thinking you did something wrong if you have an issue with your order. I wouldn’t go here unless it’s your last possibility. I’ve had drivers drop off my food to someone else then lie and say they gave it to me when they didn’t. I’ve had managers lie about giving me a refund. Every time I try to call, they’re so rude and hostile. Don’t waste your time ordering from this location. I have the utmost respect for restaurant workers and what they go through, but this level of pettiness and lack of common human decency is too much.

First and last time ordering from here. My delivery was over 30 minutes late. The pizza and wings were not cooked properly. The wings were supposed to be honey barbecue, but if you look at the picture, three of the wings do not have any sauce. This place either needs new management or to be shut down.
