Worst visit ever. Ordered online at 6:30 pm August 27th. Was suppose to be delivered by 7:40pm. Called several times to no avail. Left me house and drove to the store at Emerson and Southeastern to discover 2 workers that have only been there 2 days and dont really know how to do anything. The manager stayed in the office most the time I was in the store which was at least 30 mins. When I asked if my food was there it was minus a pizza I waited for. Got home to find all the mediums were not really mediums, 2 were not completely cooked. I will never order from pizza hut ever again. Just terrible!

I worked for PH at the call center back in early 1990s when the pizzas were top notch. The pan crust is only mediocre now, and the toppings are 1/4 of quality and quantity from back then. Also, this is yet another location that asks customers to tip for carryout. A tip is for providing something above and beyond; something extra. Can someone explain (just so I understand) how handing me my food over a counter is some extra service? I am boycotting all of these tip-crazy businesses and encourage others to do so until this craziness is reeled in.

Was in to night to deal with the worst customer service ever. Ordered on app. Waited till said pizza was ready went there waited an additional 10 minutes wouldn’t of been a problem if the owner/Manger wasn’t to busy loading up his personal car with alot of food. Talking about our food wasn’t ready.. yeah because you just loaded your car with it all. The app has never ran 20 minutes behind maybe 5. It’s 9:30 at night. Ridiculous

I understand that young kids have to work too sometimes, but shouldn’t they be properly trained on how to interact with customers? And why is the management in this location allowing employees to vape right at the front desk while taking orders? And sitting up on the desk where you place the food boxes? I’m just so confused….definitely won’t be going to this one anymore!

The pizza is loaded full of cheese not necessary and just a few toppings when I placed my order the delivery time was 108 minutes on a Monday afternoon tried to cancel my order nobody ever picked up the phone unfortunately very disappointing the pizza tasted just OK. But I do believe other locations seem to provide better service.
