I ordered the Big New Yorker pizza from my nearest Pizza Hut. First I received an confirmation email saying my pizza would arrive @10:10pm, I was cool with that so around 10:30 I call the location and they aren’t taking calls because they are closed. Finally after complaining to Corporate around 10:50 I received a slightly opened pizza box no garlic sauce like I ordered and paid for, pizza was harder than a stone had I threw a piece I definitely could have seriously injured someone…like that no lie. I grew up eating pizza hut it was one of my favorite pizza places, however I don’t think I’ll ever spend a dime on a pizza from them again. I know my few dollars probably dont count to a huge organization like yourself but word of mouth can be great advertising or it can be deadly to a business and I’m going to tell everyone I know of this experience. I’m truly truly disappointed with Pizza Hut.

Absolutely AWFUL. Driver gave our order to some random person. ClImed my food had been delivered and wasn’t. Turns out, driver asked two dudes standing outside of a random house if that was my address and they told him yes. Took forever to reach the store and when I finally got someone they treated me like I was yelling. Whoever I spoke with on the phone “wasn’t going to take attitude so someone else can take the call”.

If I could give no stars that would be it. I ordered my food to find out that door dash is starting to deliver for pizza hut. I ABSOLUTELY HATE door dash the workers stay stealing your food then you have to wait a week to even get your money back very dissatisfied and I will NEVER order pizza hut again.

On the weekends, web site won’t link so you can redeem points for items on your order. LINK claims mechanical problems and won’t let you use your rewards points. Why give them to us if you won’t let us use them.

Waited three hours for a pizza. I just went ahead and cancelled my order at that point. If you can’t guarantee a delivery in a timely manner then online ordering or door dash ordering needs to be turned off.
