I’m only going 2 stars because the employee that was there was very nice. The pizza was burnt, dry and tasted like it’s was left over from the day before. The wings looked and tasted fresh but they were dry also.

Beware all DASHERS don’t come to this Pizza Hut every single person in this restaurant is rude including the managers. They take the orders even after you have already accepted! Then will cause a problem with you! Yet say you’re the problem. I wouldn’t ever come back to this store just for the sheer fact that they have bugs crawling on the counter and don’t understand customer service.

I would give negative stars if I could! Very disappointed in this Pizza Hut. I’ve ordered twice this month and both times pizza said would be delivered in 30 min. Pizza never came and I drive there and they closed! Manager was not sympathetic and just said oh we left before your order came in. Tonight she called to tell me they were out of edge pizza crust and she was cancelling my order so I can resubmit another order. I immediately did it and still didn’t get my pizza. Just sad! Kids hungry at home and disappointed again! Never again, I’m at Donatos Pizza now getting pizza.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered delivery and the 2nd time the wrong order was delivered! Would not reimburse us because my husband had a couple pieces because he had to go to work. Will never use Pizza Hut again!! Poor customer service and delivery!

Was delivered a 2 cold pizzas Via door dash through the pizza hut app. The supreme was tolerable, my hand tossed Hawaiian looked like a cross between a Chef boyardee pizza kit made by a toddler and a lunchables pizza kit ravaged by a dog. I can’t even imagine how you could allow something to leave your store like this.

This place needs shut down. We tried to order for the last time last night. Ordered online and pizza tracker said 25-35 minutes. An hour later my husband calls the store, Tyler answers, my husband explains the situation to inquire about our food, and Tyler wanted to pretend he couldn’t hear him and hung up on him. We called back several times from different numbers even, and no one ever answered again. We never recieved our food, a call, or even an email. The customer support line was a freaking joke too. This is all after the last two times trying to order and once being told they couldn’t do cash deliveries because they had no driver and had to rely on doordash, and another time being told they didn’t have stuffed crust. We understand things happen, but you can’t have people just waiting for food to arrive and never even have the decency to call. We have kids…they finally ate cereal at 8:30. The customer care line agent acted like because they didn’t charge our card, that we’re just not supposed to care that our dinner never came without any kind of explanation- What a joke!
