The new update says Pizza Hut has totally been redone! Great employees and everything the guy working the drive-through was very courteous, and was the only reason I wrote this review. He even stated that he takes great pride in his work. I recommend the $25 bundle it’s definitely worth it ! Everybody come over to Pizza Hut and try it out myself I always go to Denatoes for myself and little Caesars for the kids but right here they have good price and especially very very good pizza that I will actually eat! I am a very picky eater. I would recommend trying them out. Thank you very much Eddie!

This experience w the W Washington St location was awful. The food was poorly prepared and did not taste well. Our order was delivered incomplete. We had to contact door dash, even though we ordered through the pizza hut website. after chatting w door dash, they informed us they left a message with the location and we should follow up. We left a total of 3 messages, 2 from us, 1 from door dash at the location requesting a call back regarding the order. We have not received a call back or an email from this location and our items were not replaced. This experience will effect ordering from this location in the future.

Placed order on line, told it would be 35 minutes, and tracked on line, and watched it be delivered. Not at my home. Called got recording, and entered information, and was told it was delivered. Ordered from another shop, and it was delivered promptly. While eating second ordered pizza, doorbell rang, and it was my original ordered pizza from Pizza Hut. Declined delivery, because I already had a pizza from someone else.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Ordered delivery and the pizza was made incorrectly and the breadsticks were missing. 3 employees were outside when we pulled up. One employee rushed to the window, I saw him come in and he didn’t wash his hands. Man refused my request of a refund and also refused to remake my pizza even though I had my receipt and the incorrect pizza with me. Go a couple miles in either direction to a different Pizza Hut location.

Only received half my order. No one answers the phone. After six tries I finally spoke to someone who ensured me my money would be refunded in 3-5 business days. It’s been 10. No refund and no answer. I guess I’ll have to go to the store and DEMAND my money back.

Pizza was cold. I used 184 reward points for 8 boneless wings of which I didn’t get. Sometimes I get good hot food, but most of the time there’s something wrong. Like the pasta side dish it was dry, no sauce to keep it moist. The pasta was dried and chewy.
