I typically order from this location and do pick up because it’s very close and typically no issues with my order. I only like pan crust cheese with a “well done” bake where the cheese has a small amount browning. I received, what appeared to be, a hand tossed dry crust with burned cheese pizza. I tried to get through it because i was starving and was determined to not leave my house, but after 1 slice, I just threw it away. The delivery was fast and left at my door as requested, but i was only aware the driver arrived because i could hear their music, there was no knock. I haven’t counted this location out but if i order again I’ll do pick up so i can check my order before i leave.

Pizza was delivered in a decent amount of time and the delivery driver was nice and polite. Perhaps he knew they overcooked my pizza. And I’m no genius, but these certainly don’t look like the squares I asked for the pizza to be cut in. Not happy about this.

Online says when you order pick up it will be brought out to your car. We literally watched the guy WATCH US as we sat there. The food was ready when we got there but didn’t come out until we called in. Which is not stated you must do so, nor check in like most places require.

Customer service is absolutely terrible! I never received my food after placing a delivery order and ERIC advised me to call back the next morning and speak with the GM Anthony which is pretty bogus! I wouldn’t give one star for the experience in which I received! I’m told to wait until tomorrow to take car or an issue that happened on Eric’s time. Truly pathetic and a waste of space
