Terrible, ordered a pizza and then went to pick it up and found the doors locked and I had to go through the drive-through. By the way, they have a big feather flag sign that says dialing in open, apparently. After about 20+ minutes sitting in the drive-through, this is after 30 minutes when they told me that Peter would be done in 25, and with seven cars in front of me not moving at all, I just pulled out of line and went and got food elsewhere. Now I understand why it had such bad ratings. I gave it a chance, but not again.

Just so you know, if you order the Pizza Hut app or I guess anywhere now Pizza Hut doesn’t have Pizza Hut drivers anymore. They contract through doordash so any mistakes on the order is no longer pizza huts the problem. I called for a missing portion of my order, now all they say is, “sorry, not our problem, call doordash”, and there’s nothing I can do and I’m not going to all that work for a few sodas.

Ordered A pizza and cookie for my son, and when the order came, the cookie was missing and the pizza was cold, hard, and sloppy. I was told by the store to contact door dash and after 30 minutes with door dash the MERCHANT (Pizza Hut) did not provide my complete order. I called back to talk to a manager and was hung up on.

We waited over a hour, for them to forget my salad. Then he went back to get my salad to bring me the pictures below. The lettuce is old and browning, and the most digusting salad I have ever order. I threw it away. Total waste of money! AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT AT ALL COST

Visited this restaurant for carry out, smelled like rotten eggs and sewage and that right there should’ve been a red flag, and the service was slow. I got home and looked at my food it looked dry, we purchased buffalo wings and received garlic chicken chunks. Called and let them know and the ignorant employee said, “I can’t help you, and get off of my phone or I’m going to hang it up myself. So I called customer service and I’m waiting on a call back. I would say, save yourself the hassle and stay away from this location, the only reason we went to this location was because the other one is permanently closed. Pizza Hut has tremendously went all the way down hill, not to mention my husband got sick and has been throwing up since yesterday, and that’s going to be a whole different situation.
