Ordered one of the new Melts (meat lovers) on my way home from a 12 hour day. It was after 11pm but the staff was still smiles and friendly. The computer crashed as she was checking me out to pay, but she kept a professional demeanor even through the computer problems.

We were traveling through and arrived at about 9:30 on Sunday evening and couldn’t tell if the place was open or closed. Went up to door and went in to a dark cold dining room. Granted it was late but the posted hours were to 11:00 PM. Staff sat us and took our order. We got cheese sticks, boneless chicken, pepperoni pizza and drinks from the $5 Line Up menu. Probably the best food I’ve ever eaten a Pizza Hut! Crust was not too greasy, chicken was not too saucy and the service was top notch and friendly! Can’t figure out why no lights and meat locker cold? I’m not a big fan of pizza but this was a good meal.

The Pizza Hut in Lowell Indiana was very clean. The employees were polite and attentive. We ordered food once that week. They told us it would take an hour and a half it was at our house in 45 minutes. Later that week we went there to eat and like I said it was very clean. Everybody had masks on and before Sodas got low they had a new one sitting at the table. I really don’t have anything bad to say about it.

We ordered from this location three times while in the area: The first time I was very unhappy with the girl who took our order, but the other two times the guys who answered were nice. The first time was just before closing and I think the girl was not happy about that, but she shouldn’t have been so nasty. I’m still giving five stars because the food was always accurate, tasty, and hot

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Charged $19 dollars for a large hand tossed pizza. Pizza was dripping with grease, and the cheese cup was ice cold. The bathrooms were nasty. The men’s room had a puddle of urine all over the ground. The women restroom smelt like a porta-potty. Our table was covered in dried pizza sauce. I will never be coming back to this place. If I could rate it lower I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

Place my order it said 13 minutes, I was there in 14 minutes and it was ready and waiting for me nice and hot people are very nice and everybody that I talked to said hello and the cashier was just over and above happy very pleasant to deal with very funny if people are like that in all restaurants it would be amazing

Service was quick. Server was polite and very attentive. Had the cheesy bite crust supreme pizza, it was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The inside of the restaurant definitely needs some updating and sprucing up. The bathrooms were basically clean but looks dingy and outdated. Overall service was great, and so was the food.
