I placed an order through an app and pizza hut advertises a cheesy oven baked alfredo pasta. With that you’re supposed to receive 5 breadsticks. So as any smart human would think, you order 2 bowls of pasta, you get 10 breadsticks. They have a separate bundle for less money that has 2 pastas and 5 breadsticks but I ordered 2 pastas with 10 breadsticks and the employee behind the counter gave me the 2 pastas and 5 breadsticks. So I asked him about it and he told me I was wrong and to go get my receipt so he could show me where I’m wrong. After I got it, it proved I was right. But he wasn’t having it. He told me I was wrong and he does this all day for a living. So I showed him on the app and he still said I was wrong. After that I asked for his name and he said he wanted a reason so I told him I wanted to talk to his manager but it turns out, he is the manager. He then called his gm to try and figure it out but they backed him and told him to call the cops on me. They didn’t give me what I paid for and they were mad at me. I left and called 3 other pizza huts and asked what I should have gotten for what I paid and they all said I was in the right. The manager there is an absolute moron and doesn’t doesn’t deserve a job at all. He had the worst people skills I’ve ever seen in a manager. This was my worst experience at any food establishment in a very long time. I would highly recommend nobody supporting this location.

First of all, the hours are a joke. Secondly, the first time we ordered from this location (it’s the only one that offers delivery close to us), they left the food outside the door after I didn’t hear them knock. I had just moved into the apartment & was unpacking. The delivery driver didn’t even try to call me to let me know they were there. So, my food sat on my doorstep for 45 minutes before I noticed it. Plus they forgot our pop, then when I called to have the issue fixed, I got redirected to a (foreign sounding) call center before they put me through to the store. The receipt said diet, when I’d ordered regular online. I told them this when I told them they forgot it. When our pop was brought about an hour later, it was diet! The manager gave us a “$5 credit next time we order, just let them know when we call”. Totally not worth all the trouble! I get carry-out from the second closest location rather than order from this place again.

Change everything! Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Placed an online order and the email said it would be ready at 9:40pm (100 minute wait). I thought the store closed at 9pm so my wife and I called over 10 times and every time it rang about 10 times then sounded as someone picked up the phone and hung up. Went to the store since they wouldn’t answer and asked when they closed, the employee said 9pm. I showed him the confirmation email I had for my pickup at 9:40pm and he stated that any order placed online with a pickup/ready time after closing time is not received by the store. The only positive thing is that the guy offered to stay open to cook our order, but then informed me that it would have to be normal price. I was using a coupon and points and he said he couldn’t do anything about that so my order would cost $20 more than what was confirmed. I am just grateful I was paying with cash and didn’t use my card or I would have probably not been as polite as I was. What a flawed system and the employees were no better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The pizza and cheese sticks looked like they were put together by a 5 year old. Most of the pizza toppings were on the top of the box. The cheese sticks had the cheese all gathered in one spot on the center and wasn’t even cut. And not to mention neither was fully cooked. Delivery guy just handed me the boxes and ran off. Didn’t even offer cheese or pepper. DO NOT order from this place. When I tried to take the survey I had no survey code, tried to call and got no answer. Horrible.

The pizza’s were good as expected but was frustrated that I ordered the Cinnabon rolls worth two extra icing (which I was charged extra for) were not in the bag. Shame on me for not double checking but shame on them for not including. It’s the first time for this location that I’ve ordered from but this same thing has happened at other locations.

We ordered 32 boneless bbq wings, two pizzas (one wrong, there was no seasoning on the crust when it was ordered with the hut blend), and two of the cinnamon roll desserts. 16 wings were old and two were only breading, the other 16 we’re bone in instead of boneless. We probably won’t be ordering for a while again. And they respond to every review with the same copy pasted message… What a shame.

The lead time on my order was not a realistic eta. I was given 195 to 205 minutes. The toppings were uneven spread on the pizzas all in the middle. There was no crust topping that I ask for. All was rushed and thrown together looked like slop. I didnt get my extra sauce cup that I paid for so not enough to go around. Just all disappointing and would like you to redeem yourself.

Well, we could get our order. Almost two hours in and no order. Half hour past due. Restaurant turned off their phones and i cannot get hold of them. Worst experience ever. This was ordered through the Puzza Hut app. We will be contesting the charges when our bank opens.

I ordered a three topping special tonight and a pasta dish with cheesy bread. Delivery did good however I put specific instructions on the pizza three toppings I ordered were pepperoni ham and mushroom. They put sausage on it instead of mushroom. I CAN NOT EAT SAUSAGE. I requested that the cheese be over the toppings nope didn’t do it. The Alfredo came out great, the cheese sticks are black! Burt to a crisp. Called to get it fixed or my money back. I spent 30 dollars I expect it to be right. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was not a manager I requested one she didn’t transfer the phone to a manager and acted like it was an inconvenience for them that I am upset over there mistakes on my food that I paid for. This place is a joke and I will be sending pictures to corporate and requesting a refund and new training be given on how to read orders
