I reluctantly decided to have Pizza Hut for dinner tonight. I have not ordered from these guys for about a month or two now because the last two times I have ordered carry-out, the taco pizza was not prepared correctly. It appeared as if someone took a sausage pizza, threw a salad on it, and put it in a box. I decided to give them another try tonight; except this time, I called and spoke with the manager immediately after ordering. The manager, named Heather, was VERY friendly and helpful after I explained what had happened on my last two experiences with them. Upon receiving my order at the drive-through window, we discovered that Heather left a very nice message on the box, saying she had prepared our taco pizza herself and hoped we enjoyed it.

Tldr: pizza hut app doesn’t work great. Review website didn’t work at all for me. Pizza and breadsticks were not bad, but fairly bland. Cinna sticks were not fully sliced.

Food is good but the dining room is extremely dirty I don’t think they ever clean anything just wipe the tables down the floors are very sticky and dirty. Honestly never seen anything this bad before.

My boyfriend and I have been here a few times since he moved out to North Judson. The food has always been good, the service maybe alittle slow but it has ALWAYS BEEN COLD!!!!! I have complained a number of times. Finally found out from the manager that the thermostat is located in the HOT kitchen, so they can’t regulate the dining area. Last night I saw a family move to 2 different tables because it was cold, and their little girl ate her pizza with her heavy coat on! I also ate with my coat on and pulled up around my neck!!!! My nose was cold! Get another thermostat installed in the dining room already!!!!!! It’s only FEBRUARY!!!!!

I used the Pizza Hut app to order dinner on the way home. I ordered 2 large pizzas with breadsticks and to my surprise it was done in 15 minutes. Wow, Pizza Hut you have stepped up your game. I also earn rewards to get great deals next time.

Had the salad bar. It was, well, a salad bar. Not a lot on it but it was only $5.99 for as much as you coul eat. Short staffed that day too. Service was kinda slow. Very friendly though.
