I had stopped going to pizza hut for a long time, because my orders were always messed up or just wrong. I loved the New Yorker before so I really wanted to try it. I decided to go to a different pizza hut which is located in Osceola Indiana and I’m glad I did. They were nice and the food was delicious . Nothing was wrong with the order and the amount of toppings were perfect.

My experience with Pizza Hut is usually good, but my latest was disappointing. I tried the New Yorker. The size for the price was good. But, it was undercooked and flimsy for a thin crusted Pizza, and the pepperoni was moderate portions, when advertised as double portions.

There was clearly a glitch between the online ordering and the restaurant’s system as I did not get what I had ordered and charged more. Due to the time discrepancy between my delivery order and the carry out oder that went through their system, the food’s texture was less than satisfactory. It was dried out and unappealing.

The current state of inflation & high food prices has not changed my experience with my local pizza hut. The size of the pizza & the amount of ingredients has not changed. As long as this remains the norm I’ll continue to be a *loyal Pizza Hut customer.

We ordered a cheese and a veggie lovers. They both had overcooked crust that was hard as a rock. The veggie lovers had barely any veggies and they were burnt. Also the pizzas had like no sauce. For paying almost $40. I would expect to have a much better product. This is not the Pizza Hut I remember. Im very disappointed and will not be a return customer.

Ordered online, came to pickup 20 minutes later (which was the max wait time) and had to wait another 15 in my car for them to forget to put half of my order in the oven. Had to wait another 20 minutes and the first half got cold. The staff was friendly and considerate they made our order and compensated, but it was a bit unprofessional. 2 workers were not in any kind of uniform (wearing long colored skirts?) And there was a child in the back walking around with what I assume was her mother while she was working. Only the front counter person wore a mask
