Ordered the Big New Yorker, normally no bad but this one was over cooked and looks like a toddler cut it. Had a piece that was giant and others small as can be. The guy behind the counter didn’t say a word to me just grunted and slid my food to me an moved onto the next customer. I had my son with me who was excited but turned out to be disappointed. This Pizza Hut is the best one in town. Pizza is always so good. They make it exactly how I ask and the restaurant is clean. The staff is always friendly. When I order pizza I always order it either Fridays or Saturdays before 6pm. Anytime after 6pm it just don’t taste as good unless the manager is there.

Ordered a pizza and some cheesy bread and both were amazing! I went to pick them up and when I got there, the workers told me it will be a little bit until my food would be ready still. No problem. I sat and waited for 10 more minutes until my food was finally ready. However, during that time, the staff was so nice and kept apologizing for the wait and they even gave me a free pop. Not only do they have incredible and generous people working there, but their food is great!

Paid extra for extra extra pork sausage to barely get any, added onions to only have 2 pieces of onion. Waste of my time and money. Pizza tasted awful was undercooked as well. Very sad experience waited over a yr to have some pizza hut to be fully disappointed

Spent $45 for 2 LG thin crust pizzas…breadstix and the new melt…paid EXTRA for sauce on one of the pizzas…didn’t see it? Cuz everything was DRY and thirsty!!! I should have saved myself $40 and bought a Dijorgno…The only thing that was good…was the breadstix…reminds me why I havnt ordered from here in awhile!!! I love how the automatic response when customers complain…is exactly the same…WORD FOR WORD…AUTOMATIC RESPONSE!!!!…NOT that they will actually DO SOMETHING to fix the problem!!!

My overall experience was alright. My personal pan pizza was delicious. My cheese sticks however, they were a little dark and it seemed like there was barely any cheese on them. Had it not been for the little bit of cheese on them I would have thought they where bread sticks.

The people at this location are all very nice and great to deal with. Always smiling and friendly. If i had one complaint, it would be there were not many toppings on the pizza. I got the Detroit Style Meaty Pizza…. very little pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. Added mushrooms and they were scarce too. The crust was awesome.

I ordered delivery on 12/30 at approximately 6:02pm from the Erskine plaza branch. I was quoted 75-85 minutes at the time of my order( screenshots are in the attached pictures). Which would of meant by pizza would be delivered around 7:25.
