I decided to look up Pizza Hut a few nights ago to see if they were still in business it’s been a long time since I’ve seen or heard anything about Pizza Hut. I used to eat from Pizza Hut often but I guess ever since covid I things changed a lot. Anyways the food has always been really good and it never disappoints me when I eat there.

I got pizza from here about a year ago, and I haven’t been back since. I was going through my pictures and found these and decided to post, so I hope that their quality and service has improved since then. Normally I am a fan of Pizza Hut, and I’ve gotten better pizza from here before. I sent an email about this one, but I never got a response. Anyway, the service was at least friendly as it has been in the past. However, when you spend your hard earn money to order out only occasionally, it’s too much to risk a bad pizza. This is only a snapshot of one night, but I doubt I will give this location another chance.

It’s a pizza Hutt. It’s exactly what you would expect and you get exactly what you pay for. They get your order done in a timely manner and the workers inside are nice. If you are in the mood for some pizza and you like pizza Hutt, you can’t go wrong with this location.

It’s your local Pizza Hut that serves the Notre Dame students and area. Delivery only. BUT if you pick up you can’t avoid seeing how dirty and unkempt the store is. I was taken aback as I observed the staff with dirty fingernails and entering the store from there vehicle and not washing their hands. Hopefully the owner will read this review and get his location cleaned up. Hopefully the students stay safe and visit this location before ordering. Pizza Hut can do better.

I’m only doing a 1-star because I can’t do a zero. Yesterday, 11.17.22 at 12 PM I placed a large order for my staff. (It stated a 25-35 min wait) After an hour and a half, I called to check the status. VERY RUDELY was told the order was canceled because I was a new customer. (This is the only location I ever order from for work so that was bizarre but whatever.) I asked him to please, re-submit the order, to which he stated, ” yeah, you don’t need to place an order, THANK YOU!!” and he freaking HUNG up on me!!!! I’m still shocked! LOL What in the hell…. I guess at work, we’ll be ordering Papa Johns’s moving forward.

I used to like Pizza Hut, and will sometimes get it when on the road as I don’t really have one near my home. The only reason this location is getting any stars is because 1 star is the lowest rating After a busy day of work and exhausted from travel, all I wanted was to get to my hotel. I ordered a pizza at 9:09pm for delivery and was told that it would be between 45 minutes to an hour. I was fine with this, was just hungry and didn’t want to go anywhere. Well, at 10:30, still no pizza. I tried to call and the location was closed for the day. I waited until after 11 and called the Pizza Hut customer service line, and the best information they could offer is that someone would call me today. Bottom line…..they flat out did not deliver my order. Now I have to go through the hassle of being reimbursed and complaining. One thing is for sure….there is a reason that Pizza Hut doesn’t have the presence they once did and this is a blatant disregard for the customers. By the time 11:30 rolled around and I had the realization that my dinner was not going to be delivered, every restaurant around me was closed. Thank goodness for the hummus and crackers from the hotel. Thanks Pizza Hut at 2017 S Bend Ave for such a great experience. Oh and the hotel manager has had the same thing happen from this location as well. I will also ensure that this message is shared as this level of service is unacceptable for a single pizza that was going to cost me $24. Still hungry…
