I ordered wings and somehow every single one is extremely small… looks like they used whatever was at the bottom of the bag. Pretty sure that’s not quality service. Very disappointing for how much it costs.

When we arrived at 730 pm. The buffet bar had no pizza available and waited 20 minutes for pizza. Additionally, the manager would not put any pasta on the buffet bar. See photo. Wow, the place has gone down in quality and service.

It’s sad that our hometown Pizza Hut has gone so far down from where they were a few years ago. Today we went to dine in at 5 pm. Not busy at all. Gave the waiter our order, 1 pizza and 3 pasta dishes. The pizza came out first and the 2 who ordered it were about 1/2 way through it when 1 of the pasta dishes came out. We were still waiting on the other and when the first pasta dish was about a 1/3 of the way the other came out. We asked to speak with a manager which never happened. The waitress gave excuses for the kitchen. Then when we paid for the meal we asked for the receipt which the cashier threw away and said she wasn’t allowed to get it out of the trash to give to us. Poor service all the way around. Gave 2 stars because the food was fine. Won’t be dining in anytime soon. Online ordering has been fine.

This place is an old favorite however their pasta dishes have changed. While what I got was good, it wasn’t my old favorite spaghetti and meat sauce. Ah well.

The restaurant was clean everywhere, the service was wonderful and the food (pizza, breadsticks, and apple pies) was fast and amazing. It wasn’t very busy at that time and got to sit in the sunroom, aka downstairs. Very beautiful.

Best Pizza Hut in the area way better than Angola or Auburn!! Pizza is GREAT they don’t skimp on the toppings! Employees are nice and very prompt! Thank you we’ll definitely be back as always!!
