What happened? This used to be a good place to eat. Waited forever after being seated (they were not busy and had plenty of staff) then they got the drink order wrong. Ordered a large with pepperoni and banana pepper with extra sauce. What we got looked like it had been dropped and had little to no sauce and missing cheese and toppings. After trying to flag down a server, we finally asked for a manager. It took a minimum of 10 minutes for the manager to arrive. He did take the pizza off the bill, but we waited another 10 minutes until we were tired of waiting. I had to go to the counter to get my bill. The nice person at the register didn’t even bother to get the manager – it was obvious that he had much better things to do than have a happy customer. I worked at a pizza place in high school. I understand it’s hard to find good help today. But they were NOT busy (wonder why?) and I would have never thought of serving such low quality and service. The old owners of Pizza Hut in this area would be ashamed. I won’t be back…

I placed a order online for contact less but what don’t you know when the drive arrives he bangs on my door at 10:30 at night and wake both my kids up. So when I call and speak with one of the managers and tell him what happens he said every order comes out as contact less but when I order and don’t put that it doesn’t say that. Worst thing about it the Manger didn’t even care and started over talking me when I told him this is not the first time it’s happen and a different Manager said they would are supposed to call for contact less but he didn’t care and hung up on me I will not be back. Of all the restaurants we go to here in New Haven this is above all the best restaurant the food but it’s the people most of all that we love best attitudes anything goes wrong they step up and they fix it right on the spot our food is always hot and fresh just like it came out of the oven love this place so much into people

The employees are great and service is good. Maybe my rating is more of a preference because their pizza is just gross, The New York style at least. Flavorless cardboard and cheap cheese. If you want average cheap pizza in the area there are better options close by. The address is way off if you are picking up an Uber Eats order, showing this place on Linden rd instead.

Got triple charged after ordering carry-out. After calling to discuss the issue was told to contact my bank or wait until the pending charges are complete. Pizza Hut has been around far too long to have such absurd complications ESPECIALLY considering the cost of their food.
