I stopped by on my way home from work to get my pizza and was greeted by Christina with a smile. I have been to the Versailles location on multiple occasions and Christina is always welcoming and has a great customer service attitude. Pizza Hut you are lucky to have an employee like Christina.

Great pizza! The sauce tasted amazing, the pizza and breadsticks were well made, in a timely manner, and still tasted amazing a day later! Sometimes locations aren’t the best at putting on enough sauce and toppings. Not this location—they did an incredible job. Would highly recommend this location!

Went to Pizza hut in Versailles Indiana last night at 7:30 pm the employee told us that they were out of dough for everything except bread sticks and just laughed about it. We told him that this is the 3rd time in the last year we have stopped there and got the same story. He proceeded to tell us that it was a corporate problem and that they haven’t gotten a truck in over a month. They just laughed about it,we might get a truck in a couple days but don’t know when. My wife ordered bread sticks with cheese and asked them to make sure the Marina sauce was hot,the employee laughed and said we don’t heat the Marina we serve it cold.

The Pizza Hut in Versailles is the worst place of business I have ever dealt with. Get home with absolutely wrong order called to complain they tried to give me credit but if it’s wrong and you had dinner planned with kids credit don’t help. Question.. why can’t they just refund money on the card? If it’s wrong this time, who’s to say it won’t be wrong again. At the end of the conversation, I was banned from Pizza Hut.. lol, I will call the bank to see if i can at least get tip back. Stay away from Pizza Hut in Versailles

Ordered pizza got there to pick it up and they said they didn’t have any pizza only bread sticks. They couldn’t of told me that before they took my order and said it would be done in 20 minutes. Probably not cause you can’t talk to a actual person that works there.

The dough was raw on both pizza’s. No cheese on one pizza. So when we asked about the cheese if they were using it, the guy responded “Yeah, not really.” The order was placed in advanced, wasn’t ready at pick-up. We still waited over 30 mins for the food.

Called and ordered 2 pizzas, one Supreme, one pepperoni. Cheese stuffed crust. Simple order, but I got pepperoni/mushroom and cheese pizzas. Called and asked for refund, manager was rude to me, told me she didn’t appreciate my attitude and hung up on me. Will be calling corporate to file complaint. Worst service ever. Avoid this place.
