My pizzas didn’t have extra cheese that I paid 2.19 a piece for 2 large pepperoni pizzas. My cheesy bread also had cinnamon on it and the manager admitted it could happen sometimes? I will never go there again. The man at the pick up window was super sweet I wish I knew his name. Will go to Paoli from now on.

Worse experience ever! I will definitely be choosing to take my business elsewhere from here on out. I always order my food online because it’s cheaper and you can find deals that you can’t at the store for many reasons but inperticular none of the employees usually tell you about it. Like any other day I ordered online stopped by the restaurant grabbed it and then went too the house. Once it came to my attention I was missing a order of bread sticks I called up the store just to let them know and just to put it back on my account as credit turned into a whole big mess that it didn’t need to be. It was literally just an order of bread sticks nothing outrageous. Now I get everyone has their days so I don’t judge but I also believe in knowing your manners and how to respectfully talk to a person but the lady who spoke with me was anything but nice or helpful. She was extremely rude and had a attitude right off. When trying to explain to her what my problem was she cut me off, spoke over top of me, and hung up twice on me. If people cannot do customer service then stop putting them in the positions and actually get someone for the job or you
