I went here with 7 other family members and my uncle who is black got the rudest service ever as opposed to my white uncle. the tables weren’t clean and when we asked for them to be cleaned an employee pull a dirty dish rag out of the nastiest bucket on planet earth and used it. Whatever was in that bucket didn’t dry so the table was just sopping wet in dirty dish water.

My family eats pizza more than we should… with that said we’ve been getting pizza here for years. It’s pretty consistent and all that. It’s Pizza Hut and usually accurate. If you like Pizza Hut then it’s just fine. I even worked there when I was a teenager, forever ago. Not much has changed. They just make pizza.

I was going to order a pizza thru door dash because I can give detailed directions to my location. But when I compared prices, I found they charge more if I use door dash. I guess they figure if you don’t have wheels they’re just going to screw you more. It’s okay we just won’t do Pizza Hut in this location but I wanted to let everyone know that uses doordash to not order Pizza Hut from North Vernon

I ordered delivery and they sent doordash, which I didn’t ask for. They drove all over town before bringing the order. We live 5 minutes from Pizza Hut and it took 30 minutes to get the pizza. It’s not hot, go figure.

Polite service, the breadsticks were actually really soft and good this time. They were out of stuffed crust, which seems to be the new normal, so we got hand tossed. The crust had very clearly been rushed in the proofing process (I am a previous employee, so I know) and was flat in a lot of places due to that and not so great. The wings were okay but have definitely had better. They have also downsized their sauce cups tremendously.
