I was happy with Pizza Hut, although when I tried to place my order on the app,it wouldn’t let me on. I thought I had to change my password, but I never received an email to do so. I went to the website, and it said access denied. I tried to send an email, but it wouldn’t take my email. I had to phone in my order, and I was very happy with the lady in on the phone, and the delivery driver. The food tasted good and was hot. I ordered a Supreme Personal Pan Pizza, Honey BBQ Wings, and Diet Pepsi. hope I was not hacked. I hope someone can figure out what is wrong how to get the app to work again.

Ordered a Big New Yorker pizza from there a few days ago. The crust was so thin I had to use a spatula to scrape it off the box and there was not even really any crust in the middle of the pizza. I called to let the manager, Chris, know and he just said they’ll look into it. He acted like he didn’t believe me. The pizza was disgusting. I probably won’t be ordering from there again, considering the supposed manager acted so non-chalant about it. Big total waste of money!!!

My husband and I ordered two pizzas with them yesterday. It would be the last day my husband’s uncle would be with us. The order was perfect! I can talk all day long about this Yum Brand but I won’t. I mostly use the mobile app and I have to say the food is hot it’s fresh and taste delicious now that they have started using doordash the temperature of the food sometimes isn’t the best and the speed of the service I was getting prior to using doordash was on point.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order over the phone, asked for it to be ready at 630pm, we arrive and they’re closed. No contact was made, and no care given. Merry Christmas. Go get your pizza somewhere else that cares about their customers.

I have been loyal customer for years,since 1970’s and the last few times ,they skimp on toppings.
