This Pizza Hut has dramatically improved since the change in management!! The workers are much nicer and the store is kept a LOT cleaner than it was before. I noticed that there weren’t foodstuffs on the floor as there has been at previous visits to this location. I also noticed that the employees all seemed to be healthy and substance-free. On previous trips, I have been assisted by employees that most definitely were using some kind of illicit drug… I went tonight to get some wings and some breadsticks, but there was an issue with the fryer, so the wings couldn’t be prepared. The manager was very apologetic, and gave me a bit of a discount for my breadsticks! She then gave me a couple of coupons to use with a future order. This is the first time I have been to this location in about 6 months due to the horrible customer service and deplorable state of cleanliness I experienced on numerous previous visits…. However, now I will most definitely be returning to this location soon! I’m VERY glad that I can finally return to my local Pizza Hut!! Keep up the good work!!!

Nothing like calling to find out what time they close on Christmas Eva, we were told 8:00pm. It was 7:25 when we called. So we hung up to gather our order, only to call back 2 minutes later to be told that they are no longer taking orders. What kind of business does this. I worked in a pizza place for years and took orders right up til closing time. Well Bloomfield Pizza Hut you will not ever get my business. Bad customer service for sure.

Staff is almost always friendly. Pizza is usually good, but lately our pizza seems to be made with old crust and the sauce/cheese has a weird texture to it. Love Pizza Hut breadsticks but this store NEVER cuts theirs and it’s annoying. Tearing them apart makes a big mess. Wish they would cut them. Also wish this store offered delivery.
