The manager at this customer friendly and doesn’t work well to help resolve problems. We had delivery service, the pizza and wings was delivered, and what we ordered we did not receive. I called the store and the manager hung up on me because she said they had other pizzas to make and they were busy. I called back to explain that we didn’t get what we ordered, and she told me that IF I called back, she would call the cops for harassment. WOW! Our pizza was also cold, and not completely cooked.

The staff here deserves recognition for the kindness they showed me today. I had a trailer break down in their parking lot today and after completing the job they checked on me to make sure I didn’t need a drink or anything. They allowed me to sit inside and offered me a chair to cool off before heading home. Very kind people. Thank you for looking out for me after working in the heat.

Go to Ron’s, Gaslight, Brick Oven, Yard Goat or even Casey’s for better pizza and better service. Papa Johns delivers to most of Huntingburg too. Stay away from here.

Refused to accept book it promo. It is emailed to my children we don’t get a paper copy. It says in black and white that you can place a order instore or by phone and provide the code at arrival. Person was very rude. Bad when pizza low blows kids over $5 pizza.

I have never had such horrible service at any pizza hut. My husband ordered our food online. We left our house and got there. We got home the cheese was completely liquid and tasted like after taste of vomit, the breadsticks were cold, the cinnamon sticks were cold and didn’t have icing to dip them in. When my husband called to talk to a manager, the manager hung up on him. The manager didn’t want to listen to the complaint. Also was very rude we will not be back .

Ordered pan pizza, but got regular crust. Bread sticks were not cut. Just got 2 giant chunks of bread that I had to cut myself. Mini Cinnabons were undercooked and doughy. I literally live like 4 blocks away, but food was barely warm. I could understand a late or delayed order with all the staffing issues everyone has been having, but this is just ridiculous. Paid $55 including a $10 tip, for incorrect order that was barely warm and tasted like garbage.
