The pizza was great. The service was impeccable, the restrooms and dining area was as clean as can be. I have also dined here in the past, and the salad bar, the ability to have beer or wine, the above- average astherics and the, generally, delightful wait staff, make this Pizza Hut a surprisingly enjoyable place ro grab a bite to eat. It’s also conveniently located right off of 26, which is nice… A four- star rating because, even though everything was as good as can be, and even above- average in some areas, at the end of the day, it’s still chain- store pizza…

Started this rant at 7:30pm. My wife placed an order 2hrs ago(order placed at 5:30pm) for delivery with a 70min- 90min wait time. Completely understandable. 6:30pm Got the message on our phone that my order was out for delivery(note, I live like 2miles from the store) over an hour and no delivery. Called the store, they didn’t know where the order is or if it has gone out. Driver called maybe 1min after that and said he just grabbed the order, that apparently has been done for a while. He apologized. Order finally showed up at 7:50pm. It barely had any heat to it.. Called the store back and was told they can’t do anything but offer a credit if we are displeased. No apology from the manager, just attitude.. First, How the hell does the tracker say it is out if it hasn’t left. 2nd, How do the people in the store not know where their orders are at? Completely disappointed. I hope this place doesn’t treat everyone this way.
