We ordered with the expectation of a great meal before bed. That is not what we received, $46.78 of pizza and bread sticks nightmare on the taste buds hard bread and it is definitely NOT you can eat cold old or other wise. The standards and taste that held the Pizza Hut name is now equivalent to gas station pizza. It tasted bad low grade cheese and cheap cheap quality dough. No refunds they said with a couple of eaten slices from box two and bread sticks that tasted more like dog biscuits I would imagine. Not at all what I grew up on so I have deleted Pizza Hut from my memory. Such a huge disappointment and to the nameless manager who defended this whack pizza sweetie they are not paying you enough to swing that bat for them. Next time I will go to Little C’$ and spend my money desperately.

I had a great experience and the food was exactly how I remember it. Nearly changed my mind reading the reviews but I’m glad I didn’t. I ordered ahead online and I got a pan pizza, cheese sticks, and one of the new melts. It all tasted great. The lady up front was nice and even told me to have a good night. I thought I’d share my good experience since everyone seemed to share their bad one.

The service was excellent and there was no one besides us in the restaurant. I had a craving for stuff crust pizza. Honestly the pizza was not bad, but there are much better options out there. I now remember why I have not had pizza hut in 14 years. The pizza toppings we’re over cooked and the rest of the pizza was under cooked. Not a good combination. Just go to a different pizza place. Revising review down to one star. honestly, everybody else even other Pizza Huts is better.

I was so excited to finally have some Pizza Hut. My XL pizza barely had any toppings and sauce. The pasta had a burnt crust and so did the bread sticks. I remembered why I stopped going!

Growing up Pizza Hut with deliver now they have DoorDash well you know not everybody has a plastic credit card they normally pay with cash I pay cash but I guess my money is not good enough for them. I just have to find a new pizza place. Maybe I’ll go to jets pizza that’s down the street from my house within walking distance, I have to go through a different pizza place just to eat pizza. It’s very sad and pathetic. Pizza Hut has lost there flavor.

Had the worst experience of my life. Two large pizza’s and $32’s later. Sending someone to pick up pizza on there way back with house full of people. Pizza’s were not cooked all the way, even the cheese! I didn’t get to eat right away. That is when I discovered the problem and couldn’t eat it. I tried to bring it back, NEVER done this before. Apparently, when you have very hungry people, i was supposed to do everything myself. Stopped what I was doing to pick up pizza, inspect it in restaurant, and taste to see if it is cooked. When I tried to get my money back, I was told to bring it back in. Little children don’t know to stop eating uncooked pizza, husband was really to hungry to care and guests won’t say anything till I started to question it. So parts of pizzas were gone but my pieces, the bite I tried to eat, half a piece a child couldn’t eat and a crust from one that didn’t. Two adults ate most of there’s. Some crust in garbage. I brought what I could to Pizza Hut at 13 mile and Van Dyke. I was told I ate half and that he would not refund the pizzas. He was the snottiest person I have ever experienced. I told him I was coming here since I was a kid and never had this happen. Manager there didn’t care and said it didn’t matter, that he is not short of business anyway. Well, see for yourself at the pics… I brought two boxes in by the way. I guess I should have went in garbage and grabbed more. If I asked for credit, I won’t have had to bring pizzas in. In that case, I wanted my money. I didn’t know when or if I would have returned after going there to return it at this point. See pics for yourself and decide….

I never submit bad reviews but I want to make sure others know to never order from the store location. We ordered a pizza and never received it. We called to find out what was going on but got the run around, hung up on and kept on hold.
