I ordered a Hawaiian pizza. I received a cheese pizza. I called to get them to fix the order and got put on hold 2 times and got disconnected. The 3rd time the blamed it on Uber eats and said the couldn’t do anything. It was obvious they where not going to take the pizza back so I was going to try to eat a piece. The piece in the picture has a 3 inch human hair in it. Terrible service, cold pizza with a freaking hair in it. Never again.

The only reason this is a two start is because the staff at the store was amazing. The order I placed online didn’t get delivered with everything I ordered. I spend 30 plus minutes trying to reach the store but the call center I got directed to couldn’t/wouldn’t connect my directly to the store. I drove up there after wasting 30 or more minutes and the staff, like I said, was amazing. They were super apologetic, gave me my two liter and gave me another one for my troubles.

Placed a delivery order waiited an hour, called the number but it’s for the call center and they said that the store doesn’t accept calls. Asked the call center where my order was but they couldn’t help, got a message that my pizza would be delivered in 20 minutes fifteen minutes later my order was canceled with no explanation. Did a carry out in a different city because I won’t go to this store again.

Ordered through pizza hut app. It was given to a doordash person because they were short staffed, doordash person stole our food, canceled order through doordash. When it’s not ordered through doordash, yet you still use doordash to deliver, then they cancel it, you have no way of knowing and pizza hit has no way of fixing it! 3 hours from ordering food until I actually got it. And because pizza gut uses doordash for deliveries, even when you don’t order through doordash, pizza hut can’t five you a refund only a store credit! Some policy you guys have here, seems to have a few problems pizza hut!

Great experience. The staff was super polite and friendly. The store was clean. The arcade game in the corner reminded me of the old local Pizza Hut with games and the salad buffet. All around no issues and better than expected interaction with better than expected pizza! One of the better simple pepperoni pizzas in a chain available!

Tried to order a pizza with a coupon my daughter earned for reading in school. Called 4 times and was put on hold, then hung up on. Had my wife call while i was on hold the 4th time, and she was hung up on. Finally, I ended up going to Little Ceasars to buy my daughter a pizza, in place of the free pizza coupon she earned from school.

Pepperoni and cheese pizzas were dry and rubbery but edible to some extent. After a few bites we found a long hair stock in the cheese, pulling it was a whole spectacle. Needless to say Dinner was ruined. The positive side is that at least I wasn’t charged for that second topping.

I love Pizza Hut! I used the website to place my order as a guest and paid at the store. Very easy site to use. I wanted half just cheese and half veggies. The website allowed me to build my pizza exactly as I wanted it. My order was on time for pick up, accurate, and absolutely delicious. Mmm. Writing this review is making me hungry.
