Unfortunately, we have had not-so-good pizza from here through the years living in the area. My daughter and I came for lunch and ordered 2 lunch specials with the single pizza and breadsticks. Neither my daughter nor myself even ate 1 piece of pizza. We decided we wouldn’t be returning. The pizza was greasy, and the breadsticks were hard.

If I could give ZERO I would. Just ordered $50 worth of food on their website for delivery paying cash. Received a call 2min later saying they must deliver using Door Dash and needed our credit card # over the phone. We explained how much we HATE Door Dash and that’s why we went to Pizza Hut site directly, but they explained that’s the only way they can deliver. We unhappily paid via credit card since that was the only option. Over an hour and 10min later the Door Dash guy arrived with our cold pizza in hand and proceeded to ask for $48 in cash. We explained that Pizza Hut already charged our credit card and we had already paid. The RUDE driver stated that was not correct and that he couldn’t hand us the pizza. There we stood, on our porch, food getting cold. We called Pizza Hut, they told us to call DoorDash! What sense does this make??? The DoorDash driver told us he would drive our food back to their store, and we could go drive behind him and pick up our cold food! He refused to give us the food we had paid for.

This place is a health hazard and the driver is super creepy. If you want good pizza, head to Picasso of Pizza. If you want crusty dried out husks that crack instead of folding, topped with rotten veggies, week old sauce, and mystery meat, Pizza Hut is the place to be.

New store so it’s difficult to give them a truly accurate review, but as it is now I can’t say enough for everything. From what I’ve counted there’s only a handful of people working there, so I give them props. I also discovered that Pizza Hut as a whole has a call center (who knew?). I was informed that when I call I need to press 1 to get connected to the actual store. Otherwise I end up talking to someone from who knows where. Food has been good so far!

Thai low score is ONLY. For the NY pizza. Dough sucks. Flavor is not the same. And too thick and doughy. I guess they figured who really has had NY pizza. People wouldn’t know! Poor marketing campaign. Sbarrows does a much better pizza that is closer to NY style.
