I usually get pick up and it’s usually ready pretty quickly and a smooth experience at check out. They have limited “Boxed Dine In” now were you can order at the counter and sit down and they will bring it out to the table. It’s a nice compromise for limited staff.

The pasta I ordered was as good as always but the breadsticks were somewhat of a horror show. Parmesan was caked on them and they were underdone. Wasnt super impressed with this location’s food. Guess I’ll be ordering from the location more in Lansing. ♀️

One of my favorites!!!! Super delicious pizza. I am a vegetarian and really like the options that I get in here. Crust is not to thick and draggy. Its nice and crunchy. I would like it if the crust is crunchier too. Its always soft. Overall I like it be it at home order or fine dining.

Decided to go back to Pizza Hut after a long absence, had felt like the quality had fallen off and just stopped for a while. It was the crust, it just was not as nice and chewy as it used to be. Today it was back to good quality but darn it’s hard to pay 20 plus dollars for a medium sized meat lovers pizza! That’s not their fault, pretty common everywhere anymore but whew! I did curbside pickup and they were ready on time and the pizza was quite hot. Full credit for that. Also, I paid for extra cheese and pepperoni and honestly couldn’t tell that there was extra, just seemed like a solid ordinary amount. Could not get the app to work either which was also a problem the last couple times so they’ve not really improved it at least as far as I can tell. This time it kept saying it didn’t know my name but wouldn’t let me do a new account because my phone number was already in the system. Just got into a circular Catch-22 and finally simply ordered online. So, bottom line, it’s a good experience as far as the product but there are a lot of other factors that hurt it.

Cashier was very nice & helpful. Unfortunately, thru no fault of pizza huts, their server quit so there wasn’t any inside dining. That inspired us to have an impromptu picnic. Pizza was great, she sent us with plates and napkins too!
