Not only did they deliver the wrong pizza but the manager of the store was extremely rude. When I inquired if I would get a refund for the delivery price. As the pizza had to be taken back by my husband. She said I had to have a receipt and come up to the store myself again to get a refund. However, they never gave a receipt back to my husband. All in all, I would never order from the northeast capital Pizza Hut again.

The food was amazing, but the delivery driver I had I wish I could give 10 stars too. Kids were outside waiting and he instantly hyped them and the food up. His energy was fantastic. I didn’t get his name but he was in a blue mini van probably about 30ish and just down right amazing. Give that man a bonuse or something.

My order was technically correct ( they were skimpy with the toppings ). They were ready when I arrived but I had a 7 -8 min wait to get it. I am sure they are short staffed like everyone else, but I was late due to the wait, so I am warning others.

I was provided service by a delightful young gentleman whom identified himself as “Fry Man.” I would just like to say, from the bottom of my heart, that it twas the most elegant customer experience I have ever had. The Detroit style deep dish pizza is the NASTIEST pizza I have ever had. I’ve had $3 Jack’s frozen pizzas that tasted 10x better! Save your money and go to Papa John’s. Better pizza and better deals.
