Couldn’t fix a $10 mistake best they could do is a give us a 3 dollar credit. The person they had taking orders over the phone was still in training (had to ask for help to add extra marinara sauce) so when we get our order home to realize it’s the wrong it’s on us because the person on the phone said what we ordered and repeated it back to us correctly so it’s our fault, though the people making the food failed to give us the correct thing we ordered. If you can’t do business right then just close. Please stop wasting people’s money.

Ok, place was ok, clean enough, staff was ok, but when I asked for salt, I was promptly advised there was NONE in the house anywhere!! Really, a restaurant without salt!? Anyway, pizza came out hot and fresh, and , well, for all the world it tasted like a frozen pizza!! Looked like it too!! So, my advice is, save your bucks, buy a good quality frozen pizza and have enough money for ice cream, or go to stone lake bar in cassopolis and get a pie there!! Worth the effort!

The place was dirty with cob webs hanging in the dining area. The employees were playing around, using fowl language and yelling. We ordered and told them that we were dining in when we got there and the place was dirty and tables were filty. The food was OK, nothing that I would give a second star.

We typically order from here because they deliver and we can accumulate points. The website is sometimes difficult to use and there are some items you cannot order with points, such as a personal pan pizza, which is disappointing but overall, a solid choice.

Fast friendly and accurate! It seems like most fast food places you always end up with something wrong with your order. Something is missing or not made right. Honestly I have never had that issue with the Dowagiac Pizza Hut! My order is perfect every time!

We always have to get to go/take out now. The dining room is not open. I wish we could eat in. Pizza was good. Just would have a better experience eating dine in, which isn’t available now. The shut down for COVID-19 is over you can open the freaking dining room!
