Keepmoving clown
I ordered online for carry out only for them to forget one thing, pasta. I drive all the way back to the restaurant and was met with poor customer service. They behaved as if it was my fault they gave me everything but the $9 pasta. Then proceed to take their time making it over. They offered only two options, store credit or remake. If my daughter didn’t need to eat, I would have asked for a refund. Never again.

Went there, they got our order wrong the first time, we thought that it was fixed until we got all the way across town and come to find out it was still wrong, I’m allergic to tomatoes so I get a different sauce, guess what sauce was on there? Yeah the red marinara smh. The pizza was very dry. And I was visiting from Texas, this place would get no stars if I could.

Only reason its getting one star is i cant give any lower. Five times now I have placed orders for them to be made wrong. Is literacy something you look for when hiring employees? Because they seem like they can’t read what the orders state. Will not be returning to this location.

Ordered $90 worth of food and the two pizzas and 10 breadsticks were completely burnt and inedible. Not sure what the problem is at this store. We have never had a problem until recently. Must have some very lazy uncaring staff and managers to allow pizza to go out like this. Total disappointment. Order little Caesars way cheaper way better.

Friendly and fast staff, that’s a huge plus for fast food. Clean store, unfortunately it’s Halloween and they were sold out of just about everything it was slim Pickens. This was at 9pm. They gave me what was left and that didn’t even cover the pizza, that would have been ok if I got a discount on it but was still charged full price. Management should allow there employees to give people a discount if they run out of product, to make good customer service. I will return just because everything was excellent otherwise. Lot’s of kids in costumes.

I just received them best made pizza and cheese bread that I have had in years! The food was delivered piping hot and the quality was so high that I felt like a kid again. People just don’t do their best when preparing food anymore but the people at this Pizza Hut sure did! I would give it more stars if I could!

Currently using delivery due to a temporary disability. $5 delivery charge is ridiculous, especially since we also have to tip. I am less than 2 miles from the store. Food is barely lukewarm when I get it. “Breadsticks” are just one large hunk of bread. Struggle to try cutting them apart.
