I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time. I gave them three stars because I’ve never had a problem with an order before, but they got it wrong this time. First, I discovered a silver hair deep in my cheesy bread (which was extremely disgusting), and then they added tomatoes to my order despite the fact that I had not requested them. The tomatoes weren’t a big deal, but what if I was allergic? Anyway, I think I’ll think twice before ordering food from there again.

Placed an online order that was suppose to take 30 minutes. Waited the full time and never received my pizza. Called the business after about an hour passed and the driver answered. He proceeded to tell me that he tried to deliver the pizza and that he knocked and my dogs never once barked. Then he tells me he called my phone multiple times and I never once got a call. The funny thing is I put the order under contactless and yet he didn’t just leave the pizza? I had already paid for it and gave him a tip through the app. I spoke to the manager and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and to make matters worse, I live less than 5 minutes down the road and yet didn’t offer to bring me my order not even sure if they refunded it. She called me a liar and said that her driver is trustworthy and would never lie about trying to deliver. Do better!

I ordered a pizza from pizza hut and specifically asked for it to be cut into squares. The lady taking my order confirmed that my pizza would be cut in squars. When it arrived, it was most certainly not cut into squars but into wired triangle and square cuts. They did replace my pizza with the right cut but the manager was being rude about replacing what I had ordered. 0/10 would not recommend.

The worst service I have EVER received from a Pizza Hut… I try them about once every six months and they never fail to disappoint. Only game in town and that’s exactly how they treat you.

I ordered an hour before closing and they literally put little to no effort in my pizzas. One came out alright, the other literally had no cuts and all the cheese and meat were all on one side. The wings were okay but it looked like someone bit like 2 of them. I literally order here all the time and this is literally depressing. The delivery guy was cool though, he needs a raise.
